Greeters: Maintain the front entrance and guide all theater goers to the elevator and upstairs. Your winning and welcoming smile is the first image they will have of their time with us!
Ushering: Greet theater goers as they make their way into the Trinity Street Playhouse. Assist guests in finding the best seats for them paying specific attention to any special needs. Guide theater goers to facilities and concession. Make sure everyone has a playbill before the show starts.
Concession: Sign up for the “Goodie Squad” and bake your favorite cookies, requested snacks, and other fun things for TSP concessions in the comfort of your own home. Don’t bake? Purchase snacks or beverages for concessions. Deliver snacks to theatre. Set up and present all delicious refreshments. Sell concessions before shows and at intermission. Assist when public wishes to buy T-shirts, or other promotional items. Keep casual inventory of items on hand and inform when stock is low.
House Manager: Supervise all front of house Entourage in their respective areas. This person is the center of communication between front of house and the stage manager. Duties are wide and the administrative logistic expert in you will keep things moving smoothly to provide the best experience for our guests.
Box Office: Greet guests and confirm reservations or add names to attendance list. Give attendance totals to House Manager. Encourage donations. Hand out playbills.
Production Crew: Create the vision of the production through set building, painting, prop gathering, make-up, wigs, costuming, sound, lighting, and stage management. Strike the set at the close of each production.
Cast Support: ): Become an “Entourage Mom and Dad”! Assist the actors and production team in various ways, from cheerleading or making care packages, to providing meals during tech. Love our actors, designers, and crew!
Events: Assist with brainstorming and creating opening night events, volunteer appreciations, fundraising logistics, lobby displays, and more.
Outreach and Marketing: Spread the word through press releases, photography, ad sales, social media, and other creative community connections.
